Met friends for dinner while in town. They picked the place because they had never been before but had heard great reviews. The restaurant itself has a very nice decor, sort of upscale. We started by sharing the baked ricotta appetizer. It was enough for three people to share. Very flavorful mixing the basil with the tomato sauce and ricotta. I had the squid ink spaghetti fra diavlo. It came with large shrimp. It was flavorful and the spaghetti was fresh and cooked to perfection. One friend had the aglanetti pasta with sweet Georgia corn. It was different and flavorful. My other friend had the strozzapretta bolognese. Again fresh and flavorful pasta. The ratio of bolognese to pasta was perfect. We shared the plates and there was enough for two doggie bags. Service was great. I was catching up with friends I hadn't seen in several years and they were in no rush to serve us and made the meal comfortable in terms of timing. The service was very attentive to our needs. Overall, it was reasonably priced for fresh and flavorful food. Definitely a place to go to again.
